Anza Borrego State Park
One of the largest State Parks in the contiguous United States, Anza Borrego State Park straddles the edge of Northern Mexico and the Salton Sea. It is noted for its population of the Peninsular Big Horn Sheep, as well as the Borrego Badlands, pictured to the left, from which many fossils have been located.
