Cadiz, Southern California

Cadiz, Southern California, is located near the towns of Ludlow and Amboy Crater. It is the location of the Trilobite Preserve Wilderness Area, which has been set aside by the State of California to preserve ancient Cambrian species of trilobites that are found here in abundence.This rugged area of the Mojave is also the location of fruit groves, as there is a significant amount of water under the region.
